The outdoor dining area is designed around a specially designed pergola, allowing guests to bask in the sun and sea breeze throughout the day.

The living space of the villa is divided into two distinct floors, with many large "picture" windows that allow natural light to flood in and provide panoramic views from any room. The living area and bathrooms boast exclusive Cimentogonia surfaces, adding an element of exclusivity to the property.
