Villa Lida is a spectacular 350m2, 4 bedroom property, located 5mins away from the beautiful coast of Anavyssos in the Athenian Riviera. It is built on 2 levels and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a WC. This luxurious property accommodates up to 10 guests and provides all modern amenities and offers a comfortable lived-in atmosphere.

The villa has also a private studio in the backyard with an ensuite bathroom and kitchen which leads to the BBQ and Patio area.

The ground floor has a magnificent view of the front and rear gardens with direct access to the swimming pool and comprises of the main entrance, the living room (sofa bed for 2 -with cinema mode available), a kitchen the master bedroom, and the master bathroom as well as another WC for the guests.

The first floor of the Villa Lida has a total of 2 bedrooms (1 master and 1 child’s) and a bathroom. It is also connected with a beautiful balcony to gaze the swimming pool and the sea. There is another bedroom, located in the backyard, which is separated from the rest of the property and operates autonomously with a bathroom and a kitchen. This room has a unique view of the rear gardens and the BBQ area. The BBQ area which is located at the rear gardens is spacious and ideal for a great time under the wonderful wooden shelter roof.

Guests can enjoy themselves by the swimming pool using the loungers and umbrellas provided.​ The Villa Lida is conveniently located in the suburbs of Athens accessible by the main road and close-by to the beautiful coast of Anavyssos, which is the place to be during the hot summer. A beloved place for Athenian residents, the area offers beautiful spots to dive, explore, dine, and do some water sports like kite-surfing and windsurfing. More importantly, though, the property is close to some of the most cosmopolitan areas of Athens, the Vouliagmeni area and Glyfada area which offer numerous shopping centers, restaurants, and bars.
