Floor 1
The main floor is an open space kitchen and living room that leads to the villa’s two balconies. The large balcony offers a grill and outdoors dining area.

Ground Floor
You can reach the ground floor via internal staircase. It features three (3) en-suite bedrooms, one with bunk two (2) beds and a couch-bed, one with two (2) single beds and a master bedroom with an additional bed. You can access the small porch through the door, which leads to the garden and private pool area.

Floor 2
In the top floor you will find a bathroom and master bedroom with a large balcony, overlooking the pool area.

Location
Villa Sigma is located in Plaka, a safe and quiet neighbourhood, just 250 meters (3 minute walking) from the beach. You can reach the centre (Chora) in 10 minutes by car, and visit bars, shops and supermarkets. Many restaurants, cafes and activities are located within walking distance.
