Croatia is one of the best summer destinations in the Mediterranean Sea.
Yes, the weather in Croatia during the summer is generally excellent. From June to September, Croatia experiences warm, sunny weather with average daytime temperatures ranging from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F), and it can get even hotter in some areas. The Adriatic Sea is also pleasantly warm, making it ideal for swimming and water activities.
July and August are the peak summer months, offering the best weather for beachgoers and outdoor activities, with minimal rainfall and long hours of sunshine. Coastal breezes help keep the heat manageable, making it a popular destination for summer vacations.
The ship will be docked in Split harbor, and embarkation is possible throughout the entire day. Passengers arriving in the morning will not be able to enter their cabins before 14:00 but can leave their luggage on board. If your ship is not in port until the evening, we will take care of your luggage and organize an excursion for you.
At 19:00, there will be a welcome meeting where the Cruise Manager will introduce you to the crew and your fellow passengers.
A welcome dinner will be served at 19:30. The Captain will wait for all passengers arriving late at night, but we must be notified in advance. All late-arriving guests will be provided with dinner.
Overnight in Split. (D)
Our English-speaking guide will lead a morning Split city tour, walking us through the world-famous Diocletian’s Palace. Split is the second largest urban center in Croatia and the seat of Split-Dalmatia County. Over 1,700 years old, Split abounds with cultural and historical sights, many situated within Split’s historical nucleus, which has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1979.
At 12:00, we’ll sail out for Trogir, another city on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Lunch will be served on board, and we’ll have a swim stop en route, arriving in Trogir in the afternoon. This town-museum is packed with palaces, churches, monasteries, and towers, with the main attraction being the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, probably the finest example of sacred architecture in Croatia. A professional English-speaking guide will take us on a Trogir city tour. Afterwards, you’ll have the evening free to explore or have dinner in one of Trogir’s cozy taverns.
Overnight in Trogir Historical Town. (B, L)
In the morning, we’ll sail for Bol, best known for its Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) beach, which regularly tops lists of the most beautiful European beaches. Once we stop in Bol, you can enjoy simple pleasures such as taking a walk around this charming Dalmatian town until lunch is served on board. After lunch, we shall continue cruising to Vis. As an important strategic military stronghold, Vis was spared excessive tourist development and retained its unspoiled beaches, ecological agriculture, and traditional architecture. Enjoy the afternoon exploring the town of Vis, its picturesque stone streets, pristine beaches, and fine taverns.
For those interested, we will organize an optional military tour and Vis Island excursion, ending in Komiža, a stunning fishermen’s village where you can have dinner in one of the cozy restaurants. Reservations and payment on the spot.
Overnight in Vis Town. (B, L)
We’ll cruise to the Island of Biševo and its Blue Cave, one of the most famous natural attractions in the Adriatic Sea. The Blue Cave is a water-logged cave that can only be approached by boat. However, at times, high waves prevent entrance to the Blue Cave, which is something we won’t know until the morning designated for our visit. If we can’t enter the Blue Cave due to sea conditions, you will get a full ticket refund. After a swim stop and lunch on board, we’ll continue cruising along many coves and bays towards Hvar, the sunniest Croatian island.
Hvar is one of the country’s most attractive tourist destinations and a meeting point for international jet-setters. Upon our arrival in Hvar, a local English-speaking guide will walk you through this unique city, introducing you to its millennia-long history, culture, and way of life. Afterwards, you’ll have the evening free to explore and dine in one of the numerous family-owned restaurants and taverns.
Overnight in Hvar Historical Town. (B, L)
We’ll start our day with a morning departure towards the Island of Korčula. Before lunch on board, we’ll stop for a swim in one of the pristine bays en route. Our arrival at the Island of Korčula is scheduled for the afternoon. The town of Korčula is the island’s main settlement and is known as the birthplace of Marco Polo, one of the world’s most famous explorers.
Our English-speaking guide will take you on a tour of Korčula Town, through its narrow, cobbled streets and rich history. You’ll have the rest of the evening free to enjoy dining at one of the local restaurants of your choice.
Overnight in Korčula Historical Town. (B, L)
Sailing out from Korčula in the morning, we’ll cruise towards Mljet National Park. You’ll have time to explore the park, walk around the Great and Small Lakes, visit the Islet of St. Mary with its 12th-century Benedictine Monastery, or swim in the heart of Mljet National Park. Entrance fees to Mljet National Park are included. Be sure to return to the boat for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll continue our cruise to Slano, located on the mainland.
Slano is one of the most picturesque places on the Dubrovnik Riviera, with a beautiful beach, dense pine forest, and olive groves, a long cultural tradition, and numerous historical monuments. For those interested, we will organize an optional excursion to Ston, a fortified town famous for its 5-kilometer-long walls, old saltworks, and oyster/mussel farms. Reservations and payment on the spot. In the evening, we will have the Captain’s Dinner on board, along with live music entertainment.

We’ll depart for Dubrovnik in the morning, passing by the Elaphiti Islands with lunch on board and cruising directly to the historical center of Dubrovnik, the famous city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will cruise along Dubrovnik City walls and fortifications, giving you the chance to take an unforgettable group photo of breathtaking Dubrovnik.
We will disembark the group directly in the Old Town, where our English-speaking guide will show us the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik. After the city tour, you’ll have time to explore the city on your own, visit the City Walls, or take the cable car to the top of Mount Srđ and have an intimate farewell dinner. Return transfer by coaches to Gruž harbor will be organized. You will see why this city is called the Pearl of the Adriatic.
