The villa is a 295m2 spacious yet contemporary and luxurious Villa located in Crete, on a small cliff and enviable location that provides uninterrupted Aegean sea views. The property has three levels and can host up to 9 people. This splendid property brings together traditional and modern elements combined with nature’s feeling. Following the traditional architecture of rural Crete in order to perfectly blend in with the environment and natural surroundings, the villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Floor 1
The ground floor consisted of a fully equipped open-planned kitchen, a relaxing dining area, and a sophisticated living room. Big openings allow the full glare of daylight to highlight the interior and its vibrant decorative details. Two tastefully designed bedrooms are also located on this level. The first bedroom, with a king-size bed, while the second one features two single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom next to them with double showers and double sinks, as well as a separate WC. This floor provides direct access to the outdoor area and majestic pool which overlooks the breathtaking sea vistas.

Floor 2
Following the modern staircase with the iron spindles, we find ourselves on the second floor where a master bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a round hydromassage bathtub is located. The flawless interior of this room combined with the wooden details and the chic aesthetics create a cozy ambiance. Allow yourself to be captivated by unspoiled sea views, enjoying the Greek scenery against the backdrop of the infinite horizon. A second separate entrance is also available from the outdoor area.

The luxurious the villa is located between two one of the prettiest and most cosmopolitan destinations of Lasithi, namely Elounda and Agios Nikolaos
