The villa is an independent luxury pool Villa of 170m2 which can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is located at Agia Marina, on the western part of the island, in the region of Chania.
Entering the main building of the villa we find the big open-plan living-sitting room and dining room. Even more, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a stylish modern kitchen. The internal marble staircase takes us to the second floor where we find two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. Also, there is another one with a separate bathroom next to it. Certainly, luxury, simplicity, and good taste are the main characteristics of this property. It is designed in such a way as to make the view even more spectacular.
The outdoor area is truly stunning, with a 15m2 glass pool and a breathtaking view of the Cretan coastline, the surrounding lush olive groves, and the green countryside. It benefits from an open design that gives a comfortable and functional feeling with plenty of natural light. The exterior contains a huge sofa and a dining area to enjoy a carefree holiday with sensational views.
